We are OR&C CONSULTANTS – a member Firm of SBC Global Alliance comprise OR&C Tax Consultants, a tax consulting company registered in Nigeria, OR&C Audit, Chartered Accountants, an auditing company registered also in Nigeria and OR&C Consulting that provide a platform for rendering business solutions to large and medium scale companies and organizations. We have been in business since the year 2003.

We provide tax, financial, management and other consulting services such as tax compliance and planning, audits (for profit and not for profit companies), reporting accounting assignments, forensic accounting and expert witness, internal audit reviews, due diligence assignments, business valuation, bank and other recoveries, writing of business plans and feasibility reports, setting up accounting and other systems recruitment, obtaining pioneer status certificate, obtaining Certificate of Acceptance of Fixed Assets (CAFA), and project management (FIDIC) services.
