Mr Russell O. Irechukwu is an alumnus of University of Lagos and Lagos State University. He holds a Master degree in Labour Law and Industrial Relations. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has attended courses in Harvard Business School, Lagos Business School as well as FATE Program for Aspiring Entrepreneurs.
He worked with KPMG from 1992 – 2001 both in Nigeria and the Atlanta, Georgia USA offices before commencing private practice. He is the Managing Partner of OR&C Consultants.
He has supervised several accounting, tax and consulting assignments in various industries as well as participated in several business investment/acquisition assignments.
Olapeju T. Adebamowo HND, ACA
Mrs Olapeju T Adebamowo is an alumnus of Federal Polytechnic Ede, where she obtained a Higher National Diploma with Distinction. She is Associate of the Institute Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
She worked in different capacities at Unity Bank Plc, United Bank for Africa, ABB Nigeria Limited Plc, and OR&C Audit Chartered Accountants.
She has wide experiences in accounting and assurance services of companies in various industries.
